I just wake up in a snow storm . Its been snowing for 2 days and it doesn't look it is going to stop soon .
So I decided to do some exercise since I cant go anywhere because of the snow. Its sunday morning here . I dont want to showel the snow either because it is going to snow more and more .
Since I cant showel either , I decided to do yoga . And I will be doing yoga for 1-2 hours .
Soon I am going to write about some more advanced exercise tips . My first subject is going to be rep counts .
- Stay in earshot to hear more . Have a great day .
yoga is great for the body!
ReplyDeletei'm so done with snow
ReplyDeleteI love the snow, but then again I don't live where it snows. haha
ReplyDeleteWe just got a few feet of snow too - right after a few days of 60 degree weather. Stupid global warming.
ReplyDeleteKinda miss the snow. Never tried yoga though.
ReplyDeleteDon't snow where I live. TEACH US YOGA!
ReplyDeleteMan, I hate snow. Yoga's nice though
ReplyDeletei wish it would snow here

You can't beat that great feeling after a good Yoga session...
ReplyDeleteGo figure, it hasn't snowed here in weeks.
ReplyDeletesnow is the worst, especially if you have class or work to get to :/
ReplyDeletegood for the mind!
ReplyDeletehave a great sunday, cant wait!
ReplyDeleteyoga and meditation is what i practice. helps me a lot physically and mentally.
ReplyDeleteYeah yoga is good for stretching out you aches and pains.
ReplyDeletethank god it's almost march already..
ReplyDeleteSnow should be out of the picture soon.
Sadly, I only do yoga when I'm trapped inside. Which, with this weather, it's been rather frequent.
ReplyDeletegotta love yoga days
ReplyDeleteDoes yoga help you with your lifting?
ReplyDeleteGood Job, yoga is awesome for you and your body!
ReplyDeletei practice meditation every now and then but im not really fond to yoga tho
ReplyDeleteSame as mr Tony Storm, I dabbled in yoga but really couldn't digg the vegan shit that was being pushed. meditation is now my religion
ReplyDelete@Matt
ReplyDeleteYes , matt it does . The yoga practice I am doing is included but not limited push-ups and streches .
Streching = Lowering the chance to get injury in actual lifting . Which is great because getting injured means loss of performance and even no workout for couple days .
Push-Up = They are pretty self expl. Basic weight training
Also I do balance moves too . Which improves your athletic abilities ... on the bed :) heh
If you need some help with yoga, send me a msg. I've been doing it for years now (ashtanga).
ReplyDeletereps don't count if you count them =)
ReplyDeleteI wish it was still snowing around here. Haven't seen any since December :(
ReplyDeleteSnow really kills morale. Good luck with yoga.
ReplyDeleteyoga is the worst.
ReplyDeleteI like using a Buddhist meditation technique to dissolve mental stress (It's easier to work hard on a clear mind). It utilizes lucid and waking dreams.
ReplyDeleteI'm interested in how yoga will raise my fitness level beyond anything like reducing my stress level.
ReplyDeleteI wish it would snow here!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely want to hear about the rep counts.
