I just get it done . It took almost 1 and a half hour .
The reason it took this much long , I injured my right arm couple days ago . And now it went worse .
Today I did 68 pull-ups and over 200 bicep curls . I hope my arm get better tomorrow . Tomorrow is going to be my off day .

ReplyDeleteGood lord, I wish my muscles were that strong. I can barely do 25 full pushups without extreme pain. Will keep in touch, I'm going to need a lot of advice on how to get stronger.
