Hi fellas .
Its a good saturday morning over here .
Today is a good day to do some serious biceps and pull-ups . I eat some carbs for my exercise to fuel my body .
Its been almost 1 hour since the last bite . So its time to BRING IT!

ReplyDeleteLove staying fit! It was pretty warm today, living in jersey sucks during the winter when you want to run outside! In a few weeks, running temps will be perfect. for now..weight training..
