As I mentioned on another guys fitness blog, theres no substitute for hard work and effort, Yoga and others even the P90X are helpful, but if you really want to tone up and FAST, consider researching the "Military stomp" its like circuit training on steroids...
I've been lifting for the past four years, but I've yet to try yoga. I'm really interested in it, but I don't know where to begin. Maybe you can make a post about starting yoga.

ReplyDeleteIt's a very refreshing feeling. I've actually started to do yoga every other morning. Really helps.

ReplyDeleteIt depends on yourself . If you belive it and do it right yes it does . It might be a plasebo .
But plasebo doesnt means it is fake . It has effects on you , but not directly .
It calms me down , sleep well , keeps stress away from me :)
about to get a gym membership, lol. i have smokers lungs :S
