Day 4 ; Yoga

Getting ready to do some serious meditation and workout .

Both at the same time ! What a greatness

  6. Yoga is a great workout, most people don't realize how difficult it is. Do you follow a specific set every day or make your own?

  13. As I mentioned on another guys fitness blog, theres no substitute for hard work and effort, Yoga and others even the P90X are helpful, but if you really want to tone up and FAST, consider researching the "Military stomp" its like circuit training on steroids...

    It depends on yourself . If you belive it and do it right yes it does . It might be a plasebo .

    But plasebo doesnt means it is fake . It has effects on you , but not directly .

    It calms me down , sleep well , keeps stress away from me :)

  23. I've been lifting for the past four years, but I've yet to try yoga. I'm really interested in it, but I don't know where to begin. Maybe you can make a post about starting yoga.
