Day 5 ; Biceps Exercise

I just get it done . It took almost 1 and a half hour .
The reason it took this much long , I injured my right arm couple days ago . And now it went worse .

Today I did 68 pull-ups and over 200 bicep curls . I hope my arm get better tomorrow . Tomorrow is going to be my off day .

Alright for now thats all . I am signing off .

  4. I'm very interested to see how P90X works out for you. I only personally know 1 person who has tried it but he quit before the end, lol. I'm curious how well it actually works.

  9. Good lord, I wish my muscles were that strong. I can barely do 25 full pushups without extreme pain. Will keep in touch, I'm going to need a lot of advice on how to get stronger.

  13. 68 pull ups, and 200 curls? Man, I bet you're feeling that. There's nothing like the feeling of a good bicep burn after a good workout.
