Getting ready for Biceps training

Hi fellas .
Its a good saturday morning over here .

Today is a good day to do some serious biceps and pull-ups . I eat some carbs for my exercise to fuel my body .
Its been almost 1 hour since the last bite . So its time to BRING IT!
I will post the training datas after my work-out .

  2. I usually workout on the weekdays and relax on the weekends. Then again, the weather is horrible over here.

  9. Love staying fit! It was pretty warm today, living in jersey sucks during the winter when you want to run outside! In a few weeks, running temps will be perfect. for now..weight training..
