This is bulking . What we have been talking about .

Bulking means gaining weight . Basicly we gain weight , fat and muscle .

This means you may lose your sharp look . You still need to keep what you eat clean .
You cant eat everything in sight . You will just eat more what you eat before . HEALTY FOODS .

You can bulk with fatty hamburgers too . But the gains will be more fat less muscle . You want more muscle , less fat . Isn't it .

Many people get scared off bulking because when they are not able to see their 6 packs , they think it will be that way all the time .
This is not true .

Serious bodybuilders have a living pattern . Bulk in winter , cut in summer . So when the time is to compete they cut the fat they gain while bulking .
In winter , gain as much muscle as you can before the compatation time .

  7. i just started bulking for the first time like 4 days ago. now i am taking a mass gainer protein shake and am finding i get massively bloated for a good 2 hours after taking it, does anyone else have the same problem?

  8. I'm really not into the whole "beefy" look, but I can see what you mean about the bulking. A few of my friends do it, and it seems to make them happy eating what they want all winter.

    I just, bleh, really wouldn't want to look like that. Each to his own I guess.

  13. I was thinking of bulking up slightly for the army, not as drastic as a bodybuilding competition. I'll bare these tips in mind while I workout and build some muscle.
